Overview
We are proud to announce the opening of our real estate website hosting platform to outside developers. Website designers and developers can now develop their own Premier Real Estate Websites without having to deal the hard stuff behind the scenes like IDX integration, search, security and hosting.
Our software utilizes the Django Web Framework. Django has an amazingly simple and easy-to-learn template system with great documentation. If you know HTML & CSS, learning to build sites on our platform should be a snap.
How it Works
Upon acceptance into our developer program, you will be given access to our standard admin site as well as an SFTP login that will get you complete access to static media and template directories. Since we do not yet provide an offline system for development, we recommend SFTPDrive (Windows) or ExpanDrive (Mac) for easy access to your files on your local system.
Your site will work out of the box with the default templates provided. Feel free to use them as a template to work from or erase them and start from scratch. Our system will always fall back on those if anything is missing.
Our API is documented via links provided in your admin site and we are available for further questions via our support/service site.
Getting Started
To qualify for our program, you’ll need to be working with a real estate agent or office with access to their local MLS/IDX system. Please contact us with the following information:
- Local Board of Realtors name
- Local MLS/IDX provider
- Technical contact at MLS/IDX provider
- Any identifying information we need to authorize us to interface with the MLS/IDX provider
- Desired domain name
No startup fees are required and monthly fees are waived for the first 3 months.
